- One hundred per cent credit for incorrect product, package size or quantity ordered, and/or returned within ten (10) days
- Seventy-five per cent credit for medications dated more than six months
- Fifty per cent credit for products dated less than six months. Credit price will be the lesser of the purchase price or the current price.
